TERMS & CONDITIONS

By registering for this program, Client agrees that the service to be provided is sales training and coaching within the Gap Selling methodology. Client agrees to maintain confidentiality of all information shared within the sessions by other members of the cohort, and can expect that his/her information will also be kept confidential.

 

Client understands that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other qualified professionals.  Client will seek independent professional guidance for legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other matters.  Client understands that all decisions in these areas are exclusively theirs and client acknowledges that the decisions and actions regarding them are the client’s sole responsibility.

 

Sales coaching can improve skills and performance but there is no guarantee of specific results as sales performance is influenced by many factors, including market conditions, competition, and customer behavior.

 

As a Certified Gap Selling Trainer, Robin Treasure commits to fully supporting Client during the course of the program as outlined here. In turn, Client commits to participating fully, doing the work required, and showing up punctually for sessions.

 

No refunds will be given after the program begins, as the program is limited to 10 participants and program registration entails commitment to one of the 10 spots.
